Midnight at the Oasis (MATO)
Some of the sweetest classic cars from the West and Southwest span the four baseball fields at Desert Sun Stadium. The festival features more than 900 classic cars with over a million stories for you to enjoy Friday, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. , Saturday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. plus concerts on both Friday and Saturday nights.
Territorial Marathon and Half Marathon
The Yuma Territorial Marathon and Half Marathon are run on the last Saturday in January (1/26/2019) through the Arizona farming communities of Somerton, Gadsden and San Luis in southern Yuma County. The mostly level, certified course and has seen as many as half of the entrants setting their best times. The Cocopah Casino and Resort is the site of the start/finish line and the host hotel for out-of-town runners
